Which cookies the platform sets, and what each one is for.
Strictly necessary
A session cookie keeps you signed in while you move between pages. Without it, the platform cannot tell one request from another and you would be signed out constantly.
A CSRF token protects forms from being submitted from another site on your behalf.
These cannot be turned off, because the platform does not function without them.
Preferences
A preferences cookie remembers filter selections and your last-used region so the catalogue opens where you left it.
Clearing it simply resets those defaults; nothing else changes.
Analytics
We measure which listings and technical documents are opened, to decide what to publish next. Analytics are aggregated and are not used to build an advertising profile.
We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this platform.
